General cancellation conditions
For bookings the cancellation conditions according to the
Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
up to 3 months before arrival - free cancellation possible!
up to 1 month before arrival - 40% cancellation fee
up to 1 week before arrival - 70% cancellation fee
in the week of arrival - 90% cancellation fee
The cancellation costs are calculated from the total price.
In order to avoid possible cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel insurance, e.g. with
Europäische Reiseversicherung.
